Feriado Resorts, managed by Lallooji and Sons, is an eco-luxury resort situated in the heart of the Tadvai Forest Region, Telangana. The property is designed to blend comfort with nature, offering guests a rejuvenating stay amidst lush greenery and tribal heartlands. The resort focuses on sustainable tourism, local engagement, and creating authentic experiences that connect travelers with the natural and cultural beauty of Telangana.

Through curated outdoor activities, guided trails, and local interactions, Feriado Resorts positions itself as a hub for responsible travel and immersive guest experiences. Its hospitality model emphasizes community inclusion—training local youth and promoting regional culture through tourism.

ABOUT

From April 2021 to April 2022, I worked as an Activities Coordinator at Feriado Resorts under Lallooji and Sons, where I focused on enhancing guest experiences through tailored activities and personalized service. My key responsibilities included managing guest interactions, coordinating hospitality operations, and ensuring smooth execution of on-ground activities such as guided tours, nature walks, and cultural evenings.

 

During my tenure, I developed strong skills in guest service management, experience design, and mobile content creation for promotional use. One of my most meaningful contributions was identifying and mentoring three local talents, training them into Guest Service Associates—integrating community development into the resort’s operations. This role strengthened my ability to merge creativity, management, and people skills to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

Description

At Feriado Resorts, my primary mission was to elevate the guest experience journey from arrival to departure. I curated engaging activities that allowed visitors to explore the Tadvai forest ecosystem, interact with local communities, and appreciate the region’s natural charm. I handled operational coordination between hospitality, housekeeping, and experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

 

Beyond guest management, I contributed to content creation through short videos and social media snippets, helping the resort strengthen its digital presence. My initiative to recognize and train local youth not only supported the resort’s sustainable tourism model but also added a sense of authenticity and warmth to guest interactions. The experience was both personally rewarding and professionally enriching—deepening my understanding of eco-hospitality and human-centered tourism.
