Under the management of Lallooji and Sons, Feriado Resorts and Haritha Grand properties represent Telangana’s growing focus on luxury and sustainable tourism. These destinations—including Tadvai, Bogatha, Gattamma, Malluru, and Medaram—offer travelers a blend of comfort, culture, and adventure surrounded by nature and heritage.

ABOUT

From May 2022 to May 2023, I served as the Activities Manager across five premium properties—Feriado Resorts (Tadvai & Bogatha) and Haritha Grand Resorts (Gattamma, Malluru, & Medaram)—overseeing all activity and experience operations. My role involved ensuring smooth coordination, consistent brand experience, and high guest satisfaction across multiple destinations.

 

I curated and executed immersive experiences including guided nature walks, cultural evenings, wellness workshops, and corporate activities. In addition to guest engagement, I led on-ground hospitality teams, handled conflict resolution, and coordinated with MICE and event departments to manage logistics, reservations, and special events. This role demanded leadership, adaptability, and operational precision across dynamic environments.

Description

As Activities Manager, I was responsible for delivering consistent brand experiences across all five resort properties. My core objective was to enhance guest engagement through experiential programming and flawless execution. I worked closely with operations, housekeeping, and marketing teams to align each activity with the resort’s ethos of sustainable and meaningful travel.

 

I also directed content creation for social media and promotional channels, ensuring that each property’s visual identity and guest stories were represented authentically. By managing large-scale guest operations, coordinating multiple teams, and maintaining service quality, I developed strong leadership and multi-property management skills.
